We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it to anyone.
3. Who else sees your data
Your data is shared only with the suppliers we need to run the service, each of them acting as a data processor under a contract with us:
- PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. — payment processing and fraud prevention.
- Our hosting provider — storage of the website and its database, on servers within the European Union.
- Our transactional email provider — sending your confirmation, invoice and account emails.
- The estate agents we work with — where you ask us to arrange a viewing, we pass on only what is needed to arrange it. We ask you before we do this.
We do not carry out international transfers of your data outside the European Economic Area. Where a supplier processes data outside the EEA, it does so under the safeguards required by Chapter V of the GDPR.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@spainpropertyfinder.net stating which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month.
If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.
5. Security
We apply the technical and organisational measures required by Article 32 of the GDPR to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricted access to the systems that hold it.
6. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where the change is significant, we will tell registered clients by email.
