No. The selling agent pays us out of their own commission. The price you pay for the property is the same whether you found it through us or not.

We keep looking for the full twelve months, and you can change your requirements at any time. We cannot promise a particular property will come up — nobody honestly can — but we do not stop searching because the first batch did not work.

No. We locate properties on behalf of buyers. We do not own or list property ourselves, and we are not acting as your legal representative in a purchase.

We can point you towards the professionals you will need, and we will always tell you to appoint an independent Spanish lawyer before signing anything. We do not give legal, tax or financial advice ourselves.

€110 or £110€110£110 for twelve months, including 21 % Spanish IVA, which we are required to charge: €90.91 or £90.91€90.91£90.91 net plus €19.09 or £19.09€19.09£19.09 of IVA. The price you see is the price you pay — there is nothing added at checkout.
